Contact form and email: your first and last name, email address, brand, existing channels, the services you tick and your message, so we can answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. Client relationship: the data needed to deliver and invoice the work. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for statutory retention.

Server log files: your IP address, browser, referring page and time of access, recorded automatically by our hosting provider for security and stability. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The form on this website is handled by Brevo, a service of Sendinblue SAS, 17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France. Brevo sends two emails on our behalf: your enquiry to us, and a confirmation to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding).

We also store your details as a contact in our Brevo contact list: first and last name, email address, brand, existing channels, the services you ticked and the language of your enquiry. We use this solely to manage enquiries and to follow the history of a collaboration. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not send advertising or newsletter emails through it. Should we ever want to, we will ask for your separate consent first (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Brevo processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. You can object to this storage at any time: an informal message to linda@undressedsocials.com is enough.

This website sets no marketing or tracking cookies. It stores one small preference in your browser, your language choice, so the site opens in the language you picked. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. Whether animations are reduced is read from your system setting and stored nowhere.

Should we add Google Analytics later, it will only run after you have actively consented through a cookie banner, and this section will name the provider, purpose and retention period.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, and delivered from a European server location (Frankfurt). Vercel processes the data described above on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and the EU standard contractual clauses.

We pass data on only where necessary: to Vercel as our hosting provider, to Sendinblue SAS (Brevo) for sending and storing enquiries from the contact form, to Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. as our email provider (Outlook), to our tax adviser for invoicing, and to authorities where the law requires it. All of them act as processors on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Our Instagram profile is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. When you interact with us there, Meta processes your data under its own privacy policy, over which we have no control.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after six months, in our mailbox and in the Brevo contact list alike. Client data is kept for the statutory retention period of seven years under §132 BAO. Server log files are deleted by our hosting provider after a short period.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to linda@undressedsocials.com and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40 to 42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
